Job Summary
The Loader role plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center. This position involves the safe and effective loading and unloading of products using various heavy equipment. Duties
- Operate heavy equipment such as a front end loader to load and unload materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area within the warehouse.
- Follow OSHA safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in inventory management by keeping track of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Saturday hours are required!
Skills
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, particularly in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Strong ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and techniques or a willingness to learn
- Experience with load unloading procedures and best practices.
- Proficiency in using pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Pay Transparency: We are offering $14-$16 per hour for this role and encourage communication throughout the application process regarding pay.
Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 60 pounds, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and carry materials for extended periods. A strong work ethic, endurance, and attention to safety are essential.
