... Manager-Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Irrigation Manager to oversee our landscape irrigation operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for outdoor maintenance, garden building, and landscape irrigation. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our landscapes are not only well-maintained but also aesthetically pleasing, contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of irrigation staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Oversee landscape irrigation services, including winterizations and installations.
- Coordinate with maintenance and construction teams for proper irrigation services
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in all landscaping activities.
- Train staff on proper techniques for irrigation systems and equipment usage.
- Monitor inventory of irrigation supplies and equipment; order as necessary.
- Build relationships with clients to understand their irrigation needs and preferences.
- Conduct regular inspections of landscaped areas to identify areas needing attention or improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape irrigation and maintenance
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- A passion for building beautiful outdoor spaces that enhance the environment.
