Job Summary-General Manager
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee our landscape maintenance and turf operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for enhancing outdoor spaces through effective lawn care, garden management, and tree care. This role requires a proactive approach to supervising teams, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations of the landscape maintenance team, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
• Create strategy to increase sales and moniter for effectiveness
• Supervise staff in various tasks including lawn care, garden maintenance, tree care, and irrigation systems.
• Build strong relationships with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain high standards of quality in all landscape projects, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Develop training programs for staff to enhance skills in landscape maintenance and customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels of landscaping supplies and equipment; order as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess the quality of work performed and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a managerial role within the landscape maintenance or related industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a diverse team.
• Knowledge of lawn care practices, garden management techniques, tree care methods, and irrigation systems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively.
• Ability to build relationships with clients while delivering exceptional service.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• A passion for landscaping and maintaining beautiful outdoor environments.
• Aspire experience preffered
• Must be a strong communicator and team building
• MUST have a strong understanding of financial reporting.
• Must have a pesticide license or the ability to obtain one.

The salary for this position is $68,000.00-$70,000. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is also offered
