Outside Sales Representative

Michael Bellantoni, Inc. (www.bellantonilandscape.com), a leading Landscape Services Company located in White Plains, NY, is actively searching for an Outside Sales Representative who has a proven track record of successfully building relationships, developing new business and increasing revenue.

• Build relationships, qualifying customers, developing new business from cold calls and referrals, and selling the value of our landscape services, which may include installation of landscapes, hardscapes, and irrigation systems.
• Follow a proven sales process to qualify leads, make effective sales presentations and manage customer relationships.
• Maintain rapport and positive working relations with field, office, and management personnel to resolve problems, exploit opportunities, and maximize profits.
• Prepare complete, timely and clear reports, proposals, estimates, booking packages and required company paperwork.
• Maintain written supportive information relative to delays, changes, special conditions, and schedules, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Experience selling maintenance contracts, service agreements, or any other intangible services to residential and/or commercial customers.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Ability to work independently, communicate our services effectively, and adequately answer all customer questions and concerns to overcome objections.
• Estimating and presenting solutions.
• It is critical that this individual be energetic, motivated and maintains the drive necessary to develop new business.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

Experience in the landscape/green industry is not a requirement, but you must have the desire and aptitude to gain an understanding of this dynamic industry. Training will be provided.

Job Type: Full-time – Exempt

Hybrid – Office and work from home – based on business needs & season

Exempt Role = $55-60K base salary depending on experience & uncapped quarterly paid commissions

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
